07-27 Sleep Over

We did a sibling switch. Beatrice came over here to spend the night with Mic and.....

07-24 Food Pantry

We helped out with the food pantry set up again.  Got Mic to come along this time. Realized that Gabe and I don't really work well together.

07-21 Library

Took Mic to the library to pick out some more books.  We also found a cool coin in the parking lot. =)

07-20 Texting

Since Gabe had a friend over Mic and her friend Nancy had a sleepover at Nancy's house.  I had a little trouble falling asleep so I did some Bible reading and a little texting.

07-16 Jumpstreet

Took the kids to Jumpstreet with some friends from our homeschool group. Jumpstreet is all about jumping on trampolines.  Gabe enjoyed playing dodge ball.  He's the blur in the top right. I sent Mic to take a picture of him. smh.  Should have done it myself.  Then Mic tried out the bucking horse.  Glad I got this shot right as it started cause she fell off immediately after.

07-10 Michaela

I made Mic get off the computer and read.  She sat outside with me and enjoyed a few thunder showers while reading.

07-05 Dog Walk

07-03 Nails

Mic did her nails for the 4th.

06-27 Swimming

Took Gabe, Mic, and friends to the pool.  I think it got to 108 this day.

06-26 Sleepover

Mic had 3 friends sleep over.  They were up past 3 am.  

There are 3 girls on that bed.  Really.

06-24 Dropping Off

Dropped both kids off for a youth devo at church.  Michaela's first teen activity. 

 Mic thought me weird to be taking a photo and Gabe doesn't like to face the sun.

Took Mic and her friends to the pool.  Mic got a good sunburn from the day.  She wasn't really ready for the photo. Oops. ;-)  But I got tired of telling her to look up.

06-13 Ear Buds

Gabe isn't here to walk with us while listening to our music so Mic is helping us think of him.

06-04 No Glasses

Somebody keeps forgetting to wear her glasses so she was made to wear pretend ones.

05-31 Michaela

Just a picture of Michaela and Josey and Goldie. Goldie is her new obsession. Not sure why. Gabe got rid of it, Mic found it, and now it's her new best friend.  Mic said the flash on my phone made Josey glow.

05-24 Sleeper

Somebody had a nap attack while we were out.

05-16 Library

Ok, so I did't take a picture at the library.  Didn't think about it. Would have been cool though.  I do however have a picture of what took place when we got home from the library.  Gabe went straight to his computer.  He did pick out 3 books though,  Beyonders: A world without heroes. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. And Monkey See, Monkey Don't: a Cyberia novel.    Michaela, the book worm, started reading as soon as we got home. She was half way through one of her 6 books after about 45 minutes of reading.  She picked out Sleepover Sleuths, The bungalow mystery(Nancy Drew!) The Humming Room, Beswitched, and two anime books.

05-11 Sleepy

Mic is so fun to wake in the morning.  *sarcasm*  The fun part is covering her with all her stuffed friends.

04-20 Party!

Mic had 4 friends over for her party.  3 stayed the night.  The loudest 3. ;-)  Thanks to the fan in our bedroom we were able to sleep through their laughter.  Obviously I need to read up on the new camera. Hate that the photos came out blurry.

I decorated the cake while the girls had pizza.  Finished that just in time.  It was a crazy busy day!  Michaela finally got to play Apples to Apples.

04-19 Birthday!

Had a little cake and a few presents today.  She got something for the artist in her, the gamer, and the music lover.
